All goods remain Redinge Service property until full payment is made to us.
If you have not reached the age of 18, you must have the permission of the keeper to shop in our webshop.
Prices include VAT at 25%.
All false orders sent to us will be tracked. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police.
You have the option of paying your order with Stripe
We ship our goods via DHL or Posten.
The packages are shipped from me as soon as possible, usually within 1-5 working days if the goods are in stock. For non-stocked goods, delivery time may vary, contact me for more information.

If you see that the package and / or content has been damaged, you report it directly to the supplier and then to me. If you have opened the package, please contact me as soon as possible.
Failure to deliver
In case of missing delivery, please contact me as soon as possible.
Your personal data is protected by the Personal Data Act, which is based on EU directives and intends to increase the protection of the privacy of individuals.
According to the Personal Data Act, we ask you to consent to the processing of your information. All personal data that you submit to us is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our obligations towards you when purchasing.
Delivery address and delivery terms are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers can access.
You always have the opportunity to access the personal data that is registered about you. You can change this information yourself by logging into your account with us.
We reserve the right for any printing errors or incorrect images.
You always have a 14-day exchange and return right after receiving the goods (does not apply to order goods). This only applies if the goods are returned in undamaged condition and in original packaging. Upon return of an item that looks used, open purchase is denied. Return cost is paid by you. I ask you to contact me before sending anything back.
When handling complaints, the Consumer Purchasing Act is applied.
For exchange or return you are responsible for the transport cost. Returns sent against postage, bus freight and incomplete postage will not be redeemed. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
GDPR – Managing your address and purchase information at RD service
On May 25, 2018, a new law, GDPR, takes effect. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. RD-service is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us in order to manage your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes if you sign up for a newsletter. RD Service does not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the third paragraph below.
As an e-retailer, RD service has a duty to ensure that your information is processed as follows:
We store your name, address, e-mail and telephone so that we can deliver your ordered item.
We disclose your address to a third party, in this case the freight forwarder DHL
You have the right at any time to be deleted from the systems.
We store your information for purchases for 7 years due to the Accounting Act.
You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
You have the right to find out where the information came from, if you did not register it yourself.
In newsletters we can send offers that are adapted to your data with us and that you then have the right to know what we base our offers on you for stored information.
You have the right to receive an extract of all information we have about your account with us.
